SVDPApp was developed to help community volunteers manage assistance requests, communication, events, approvals, and service delivery more efficiently. It demonstrates how thoughtful technology can multiply the capacity of organizations with limited resources.
The next step is AI-powered accessibility: allowing volunteers and neighbors to operate complex workflows through natural conversation and voice instead of relying only on traditional screens and forms.
